Cos salad with Kiwi Quinoa Savoury Granola
Ingredients
  • 1 head of petite cos
  • 2 tbsp of greek yoghurt
  • ½ a clove of garlic (crushed)
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • Juice of ½ a lemon
  • ⅓ cup of our Savoury Granola

Method

Tear the leaves of the petite cos and lay out on a large plate or platter. In the meantime add the greek yoghurt, olive oil, lemon juice and garlic in a small bowl and whisk to combine. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and sprinkle over our Savoury Granola.
