Ingredients
- ½ cup of cooked Kiwi Quinoa
- ¼ cup of coconut milk
- 1 tbs of cashew butter
Topping
- 2 tbs of our Kiwi Quinoa Granola
- ½ banana
- 1 tbs maple syrup
- 1 tbs yoghurt
- Freeze-dried raspberries
Instructions
Add the quinoa and coconut milk into a small saucepan. Cook on a medium heat for 5 minutes or so until most of the liquid has absorbed. Turn off the heat and stir through the cashew butter.
